hi, i recently bought a 13' boston whaler, i have always wanted one since i was a teen (now i am 55) never could fit it into my budget. i own a 14' blue fin c/c which became water logged.gave up on this one. saw a 1969 whaler
w/a 1978 40 hp.johnson (which runs nice) for sale which i thought was cheap enough to fix up, the guy wanted $900 bucks, got him down to $750 delivered.
i was going to make needed repairs, then went to this (super site) saw alot of pics of awesome 13's,and decided to make it a winter project, i plan to remove all the crappy paint,in & out,also needs some glass repair lots of screw holes need to be filled,i intend to use parts from the blue fin...rails / console / rub rails.i will update as progress goes. HOW DO I ADD PICS???? BUSTER.
