I noticed that the two screws on one side of my CQ 23's swim ladder are coming out during my monthly winter inspection. What is the best way to deal with this. I am assuming they screw into a starboard or wood backing, but I'm not sure. Should I route them out a bit, fill with epoxy, and then re-tap for the original screws?

If under warranty, take back to dealer if they don't just tighten up. I have never found swim platforms stay in too well on whalers due to the lack of backing washers, etc. If the factory ones are backed with bolts, should not be a big problem to fix.
