I am looking for a replacement for the black plastic T-handle which opens and closes the rear storage bin in the rear floor of the 1991 SL 16. Any suggestions on where to find this handle? I just need the T-handle, have all the other hardware. Thanks for any suggestions.

My 1993 16sl has two small rear storage compartments. One starboard & one port. I haven't looked at them recently, but I believe each has a small indention where you slip your fingers. That indentation is covered by a stailess steel strap that you use to lift open the hatch. This keeps the hardware flush on the deck, so you don't jam your toes. Maybe the earlier models had plastric t-handles.

My '91 has a black plastic "T" handle, about 2.5" x 2.5". Since the original post, I found one at Twin Cities Marine ($15). Thanks for your reply...
