I need to replace my drain tube. Where can I buy the tool that flanges the tube?

There are numerous sources for the flaring tools. Hamilton Marine and Ship Store are but two of them.

I still say a large ball peen hammer from any good hardware store. If I had a lot of tubes (like several boats, or I was a shop) I would make up a tool like Tom did, but for a single boat, the ball end of the hammer works great.

I just replaced the thru hull drain tubes on my 16 Sl and those were a 2 piece plastic unit. One piece is the drain tube that is cut to size and the other piece is a short flange that fits into the longer tube and driven on to fit with a hammer and piece of wood. Not sure if that is the design for your drain. I got my drain tubes from Twin Cities MArine.
