sodden_skier	posted 07-02-2007 08:43 PM ET (US)         I have a classic Whaler 17 Bass Boat with a 1985 Evinrude VRO 70 HP. Lately, it has been soooooo slow, it's unreal. It roars like a tiger in neutral throttle, but when in gear the RPM cannot get up high at all. Does this sound like a carburetor problem+ I don't really know where to start.
