Have any of you Boston Whaler 190 MONTAUK owners installed an auxiliar motor or "kicker" on your boat? If you have, how did you do it? Bracket? Directly on the transom?

In the REFERENCE section there is an excellent article showing the mounting of an auxiliary motor directly to the transom of a 170 MONTAUK. This may be of interest to you:

Jim: Thks for the info but I don't think I have the guts to cut into the transom of a brand new boat like the one pictured here, beautiful job done but my hands would be trembeling with that grinder in my hands. And I'm pretty good with power tools. Fred
