I need to replace the covering over my 1987 Montauk rigging tunnel near the stern where the hoses etc. exit. It was rotten when I purchased. Any suggestions on type of wood or Marine lumber? bt

One alternative to the OEM marine plywood is to buy a cheap off white plastic cutting board. Cut for size, leaving room for rigging and cut a bit off the bottom edge on the back side so it sits flush with the deck.
