Where ca I buy Liquid Neoprene to seal electrical connections?

Liquid electrical tape is what you need although it is not neoprene. I believe it is PVC in a solvent base. In any case it does a very good job.

WalMart and most boating stores carry "Liquid Tape". It comes in Black, Red & Green but I could only find the black. Good stuff, but be careful not to get on the boat. It can be a bit messy.

Thanks. My Mercury shop manual referred to using Mercury Liquid Neoprene to cover several electrical connections. The connections on my starter solenoid need to be covered. I assume liquid tape will work just as well as the Quicksilver OEM product.
