Need some help on troubleshooting a no-spark and no fuel pump power on a 1999 225 Evinrude Ficht. Thanks!

IF you have power going into the ECU and the fuel pump and no spark or pump running with the key ON, then most likely the ECU is bad.
You need the factory service manual, laptop, software, cable, and some tools along with a digital meter to troubleshoot. If not, enlist the services of a trained tech.

I will check it out. Would this affect not having the the harness connected (system check harness) at the helm as far as guages, and would bypassing fuel/water separator make a no spark situation?
