It seems one of my crew thought the threaded, black plastic cover to my all-around light was disposable.
I have not tried a 1L bottle cap but it might fit.
Where can I get it?

It would help if you told us what boat you have. I assume you have a Whaler but over the last forty years, dozens of different navigation lights have been used as standard equipment on Boston Whalers.
