posted 03-24-2009 08:33 PM ET (US)         hi guys redoing my 22outragewd gas tank is out and new one getting built right now when i took the tank out its original from 1988 whaler wrapped the tank in white packing like foam matting than foamed in the tank this kept the tank like brand new and easy to get out should i do the same or just foam in the tank ? the rubber strips were there under the tank and under the holdown brackets they put the matting all around the tank execpt the top ?has any one seen this before
