tonyjoe29466	posted 06-18-2009 05:45 PM ET (US)         i just put new rings in the 25hp four stroke put everthing back together starter will not turn motor over, even with both spark plugs out i can turn motor over using socket on flywheel nut and pull handle both top and bottom cylinders valves, intake and exhaust, are moving, i can see in cylinders with flashlight battery is fully charged, starter works fine when not engaged in flywheel i was going to try to use electric impact wrench and turn motor over, w/o plugs installed any comments?
