I am restoring a 1970 Sakonnet and need advice on what trailer would be appropriate. I have a new Yamaha 90 h.p. 2-stroke for this boat. The boat has the original wooden center console. Any suggestions from Whaler experts as to which trailer to buy? Are bunk style trailers with keel rollers still manufactured?

I'm not a whaler expert but here is a link to a webpage of the trailer manufacturer for my trailer.

I have a 1963 Eastport. I have towed the boat from Pennsylvania to Georgia with no trailer problems whatsoever. I have the 15-17 foot trailer with no brakes. Just make sure when you get a trailer that the keel rollers are set up right. After putting my boat in and out of the water a couple of times, I discovered that the rollers were not set up right and when I would put the boat back on the trailer, some times the keel of the boat about 2 feet underneath the bow eye was scraping on part of the trailer. Adjusting the rollers fixed this problem. Hope this helps.
