kdoubleu	posted 03-22-2015 09:29 AM ET (US)          I'm looking for a mooring cover for my 86 Outrage 18. I did spend the money on a Mills for my Montauk. It was money well spent. I noticed that the Outrage cover requires lashing hooks drilled into the run rail. Is this correct?
