Hello. Has anyone used a Johnson bilge pump? I am looking at the Ultima Combo model that comes with a electro-magnetic switch float. It is a 1,000-GPH, and at the Bassworld site it is called a Mayfair, and is yellow. Jamestown it is red and says Johnson. It is going in a 1973 21 Outrage, which of course is not self bailing. Thanks for you input, and feel free to recommend others.

Tommy

Tommy: Go with a Rule pump, Every place (marine store, Bass Pro Shop, boat dealers, etc.) has them, easy to get parts, not expensive, parts are interchangeable, they have a lot of different configurations for different applications, if it breaks you can find one that matches perfectly.
I see that you are in Daytona, since you are redoing your boat you really need to take a ride down to Marine Liquidators in Ft Pierce Fla. and make a list of what you need before you go...Take care

Thanks contender.

You have mentioned Marine Liquidators before. Guess I will just have to take a ride down there.
