Author	Topic:   Rear seat install 19 Outrage
Powergroove803	posted 03-12-2012 02:21 PM ET (US)         I purchased a 1977 19' Outrage "disassembled and am having a hard time figuring out what supports the rear seat. I can not find any close up pics that give me some guidance, anyone got any? It looks like the rear of the seat is mounted to a wooden rail, but the front and sides are kind of a mystery at this point. do they go under the side shelves, or on top? And are there some kind of support brackets to the floor? Thanks!
tyno22	posted 03-13-2012 12:48 PM ET (US)             I have a 1973 19 Outrage; the seat on mine mounts underneath the wood shelving on the sides of the boat and the middle is supported by a metal post of some type (think its 2 posts); a plastic covering goes in front of it to cover the posts (I am missing this on my boat) and have to find a replacement.
