posted 04-05-2012 11:44 AM ET (US)         Two season ago I rebuilt the coffin lids on my 1990 22 foot Outrage Cuddy. One of these days I may put together a descriptive narrative (similar to the one CW member Jeff did) but for now I've posted a bunch of images showing some of the work. Some of the work includes repairing and reinforcing the console, stripping the rotted wood from the coffin lids, glassing in fresh Meranti plywood (0.25 and 0.5 inch thick) and 1708 glass (using WEST epoxy), cleaning the fuel tank and coating with primer and corrosion inhibitor (no coal tar here), refoaming the tank, and, well the list goes on.
