The model is E200 TXENE and the manual release is on the port side, looks like a flat head screw inside of a snap lock washer thingy. I tried to loosen it but it is real tight and I did not want to screw anything up.

The tilt does not work, electrical problem and I want to get the motor down so I can replace the steering cables.

People tend to over tighten the manual relief screw, I would try a 6 side socket (some are like this) or the biggest screw driver you can get on the screw, I like using either a snap on or a craftsman screw driver they both have either a square shank or a nut head on the driver shaft. Put a wrench on the shaft to give you more torque when you turn the screw, You could even use a friend for this, one of you push the driver on and hold it while the other person turns the wrench. If you get it off replace the screw.

Thanks, I got a socket that will fit, wanted to make sure that I was doing the right screw and it wasn't goofy like the old propane tanks or something.
