Does anyone know where to get replacement scupper valves for my 1992 27' Walkaround. They are 4.5" flange o.d., and the valve flap is 2.75" o.d.

If you are replacing the flat flappers in the transom, ACE Hardware store sells Part # 40215 Red Rubber Sheet Packing. The package contains two 6x6 inch sheets one is 1/16th in., the other is 1/8in..

I used the 1/8th in. sheet. I removed the outer ring from the hull, traced and cut a new flapper, cleaned the area of the hull and reinstalled with some new sealant under the ring and screws.

To replace both flappers will require two packages. Very simple to do. Just a screwdriver, pen, and Knife/scissors.

I have seen others extend the holes (mine are flush) rearward past the transom about 2 inches by glassing in fiberglass tubes and then fitting rubber exhaust flappers used on inboard boats to the stub of tube. They are attached with a hose clamp.
