johnhenry	posted 11-29-2013 08:15 AM ET (US)         Anyone have any experience with power poles on a Montauk 170? How hard is it to feed wire through the rigging tube? Any preference on poles? Minnkota makes one, no options except color. Slightly less expensive than Power-pole. Power-pole makes 3 levels with color and length options on some.

I've seen one on a 170 from afar so I know it's doable on a 170. One of our local trolling motor dealers sells and installs them so I'll be tempted to use him. Butch
