Please let me know if the 24 Outrage (1993 - 1998) came from the factory with Aluminum fuel tanks.

I believe so, yes. I know for sure that the same generation Outrage 21 did.

Yes, 1994 definitely has aluminum 195 gal factory tank. Tank is open to the
Aft bilge sump area were water cannot collect around the tank.
