I am looking at a 2004 220 Dauntless which has a broken stern livewell tub. It appears like someone stepped in the livewell and broke the bottom out of it. Has anyone ever replaced one of these stern livewells in a Dauntless? If so, how did you do it? Thanks.

I called Sue at Twin Cities marine and asked her help with this problem. She talked with her Boston Whaler representative and he gave her 2 options for repairing this livewell.
1) Disassemble the stern assembly. Then, remove the old livewell bucket and replace it with a new bucket.
2) Cut out the bottom of the old well bucket. Then cut off the bottom of a new live well bucket. Push the new bottom down throw the dry well opening and Dry fit it into the old well. When happy with the fit, glue it in place with 5200.
The original well is some form of ABS plastic. I am going to experiment with making a mold and vacuum-forming a new ABS bottom for the well. ABS can be "welded" to itself and if I can do that, it will eliminate the use of 5200.

I was looking at removing the stern assembly to change my port scupper. Major PITA. I found a way to do it without removal. When I repower I'll take it off and change out everything I can.
If you are going to the extent of making a new bottom to the tub why not make a whole new well just small enough to drop in from the top. Pre-plumb it and drop it in and you are done.

The issue with replacing that livewell is that it is substantially larger than its sterndeck opening.
