Purchased a 1980 Boston Whaler Revenge. Not in bad shape for its age, but was a strictly fishing vessel. We needed to transform it into a dedicated dive platform. Here is some of the process:

Very, very nicely done video. I have always thought that model is one of the best looking Whalers EVER.
As a diver myself, the one thing I would do is fashion a removable "diver door" like many of the commercial whalers have...much easier to get in and out. AND, I surely would figure out a way to put twin MERCS on it :).........

I noticed that you did not raise the engine while anchored.

Nice box! Looks like that would work in the back of my 88 Revenge. Is there a bottom to the box or did you leave it open to drain? Thanks
