We have an older Shorland'r single axle boat trailer.
It makes a slight 'grumble' noise when moving. Noise stops when you stop.
I've driven it over 200 miles in the past month and both hubs are cool to the touch after an hour or so of driving 60 MPH.
Everything looks and works fine.
Anything to be concerned about?

Check your wheel bearings. Just because they are not hot doesn't mean one is not coming apart.

Davis is correct, its the only thing moving to make noise...

Try tight left and right-hand circles in a big parking lot.
That can give you a handle on which side. Outside tire when
the noisiest is a good bet.
And jack up each wheel, and spin and listen. And also rock
the top and bottom of the tire in opposite directions (top
in/out, bottom out/in) and you should just BARELY be able to
feel play.

On a quiet road in a quiet locale, have someone drive your tow vehicle while you ride in the boat. You may be able to get a better sense of where the noise originates from the perspective of being on the boat.

Problem solved - R DAVIS was right.
Took it into the shop yesterday - left outer bearing came out in pieces.
Amazing that the hubs did not get hot and it lasted this long.
