mb159	posted 03-18-2014 08:28 AM ET (US)         I am thinking about replacing my red plastic fuel tank on my 1987 Montauk with a Moeller tank made specifically for the Whaler. Wondered if any of you who have already made the switch have any pro or con input.
frontier	posted 03-18-2014 09:38 AM ET (US)             I've used several of them. Excellent quality and very well designed. Fit under the RPS is perfect. Easy to fill.
Marsh	posted 03-18-2014 06:33 PM ET (US)             I'm told that a white plastic tank is also available now. I have the red, which I bought to replace a Pâté tank due to fear of ethanol. I have had the red Moeller for four or five years, and like it fine. If doing over, I might opt for the white.
