half shell	posted 04-16-2014 07:01 PM ET (US)         I am looking to replace the wood gunnel caps on my 1985 22' outrage I'm guessing they are teak 3 pcs I believe however only the two top pieces need replacing Any info greatly appreciated Regards Rob

jwestwood	posted 04-17-2014 09:12 AM ET (US)             If annual maintenance of your gunwale caps is not on your bucket list, you may want to consider artificial material for the replacement.
half shell	posted 04-17-2014 05:55 PM ET (US)             I may consider changing the the third piece that is inside if it does does not clean up well but it sure looks good compared to the top pieces Looks like twin cities marine has availability on this and about everything I'll need to clean this boat up Another item of concern is the fuel system ie lines hoses etc Thanks Rob
