Recommend a source for a replacement windshield for an Outrage 19 CC.

I also recommend UPD Plastics. They supply excellent replacement windshields.

I just bought a brand new one from a private seller on eBay for under $100 shipped for my 18 Guardian. Lots of places on eBay selling these, all sizes. Recommend look carefully, may find something worth considering. Most I looked at were about $150-160.

UPD looks like a nice product, but man are they proud. $259 to $279 for a piece of molded plastic. My friend's family owned a sign shop, and I spent many days and nights melting plastic and vacuum bagging Huddle House signs with very similar plastics. I understand the process, and know there is some tooling involved, a BIG pizza oven, a vacuum, but were talking a $20 piece of plastic. I need to go into the plastic window business.

A local source for a needed product and you know how to do it: sounds like a job making industry in the making.

One issue with UDP Plastics is they don't come with mounting holes drilled - you have to do that and it takes a special drill bit.
I just had one made per sample locally, with mounting holes drilled, cheaper than the UDP quote.
For those of you in the PNW, that company is Kel-Tech Plastics in Tacoma, WA. Great quality, service and price.
