Any great ideas to remove boat from trailer so I can flip her and sand/paint bottom? Trailer has carpeted bunks; no rollers. Also what about proping her bow up on something to be able to more easily pull her back onto trailer?
Ideas?

This is an easy thing to do, I did my by myself. 1st you need to remove everything, then you can Lauch the boat in your yard, If you would like invite someone (two people would be better) to do this. Have some saw horses (Make sure they are wide enough) ready, or 4 good milk crates, but not to tall so you can reach the center of the boat when working on it. Roll the boat and then lift one end at a time to put the saw horses under it or the milk crates on each corner.

I happen to have a telephone pole that I think I can tie off on while pulling the trailer slowly forward. Have to fix the bow eye first and cure it so I can use it to get the boat back onto the trailer now.
I watched a couple of videos of launching and putting boats back on trailers. I will be mindful of the winch and cranking the boat back on with not standing in the direct path.

When you crank the boat back on the trailer, Do Not have it connected to you car (I did mine without having it connected to the vechile), what happens the bow lifts itself up(just get it on the trailer and line up make sure the bow eye is clear) and with the weight of the boat it stays in one place, the trailer backs itself under the boat as you crank, at one point when there is enough weight on the trailer the trailer will sit itself level and you just finish cranking the boat on to the trailer.

Just launch it onto the lawn. I remember doing that to a 16'-7" Whaler when I was 15 years old. I did it by myself and then loaded the boat back on a new trailer later.
A few years ago I put a Montauk on blocks in front of my house, by myself and with no tow vehicle. Just raise the stern by lowering the tongue, block the stern then crank up the tongue jack. Pull the trailer forward, block as you go.
The flip the boat over, it will be much easier if it is on the lawn then recruit as many friends and neighbors as you can and roll it over.

Yes, thanks all. You can find anything on youtube. I have a convenient tree to tie off to right on the lawn as I ease the trailer out from under. After creating the largest cloud of white dust visible from space from my hours of sanding I no longer have any neighbors that are friends. Haha. I watched both the removal videos and pulling back on. Seems pretty simple. Couple of guys and myself and we will get it done.
