[The original] covers for the port and starboard fuel hose and wire covers [on a 1986 OUTRAGE 22 in the area where the fuel hoses and rigging run from the deck to the gunwales in the cockpit] are lost. We'd like to source some replacements. Any help from the wisdom of this board greatly appreciated. We do have the part number in the original manual which I got from this site. I can send those cropped images to anybody if that will help us figure out how to get these remanufactured or sourced.

We have the 1986 OUTRAGE 22 once known as STARSTRUCK from the San Diego harbor and now known as BIG BELUGA operating out of Santa Cruz, in service of the yacht club there. The boat had quadraphonic [loudspeakers] put in when it was a tender for a bigger boat in the San Diego harbor for what I suppose must have been maximum enjoyment by the owner the on the way out to his bigger boat. The speakers were installed in custom lexan covers [that replaced the original covers].

Contact Mike at NAUTICAL LUMBER. I believe he has fabricated some replacement panels. I don't know if he keeps them in stock. For contact information, see

You can make them. The plastic material can be heat bent on a home built die and cut to fit. Somewhere in the archives on this site is a reference to the material and it's manufacturer. I'm in Santa Cruz, and if you want to make a cardboard pattern off of my covers, we can make that happen.
I've often thought about making some custom covers with teak faced plywood. My purpose for that would be to enhance the looks while adding pass through ports to allow longer fishing rods in the rod holders, at least on the starboard side. My thought would be to use 1/4" ply, with a solid bull-nose teak piece shaped for the curved corner, such that the flat panels are set in flush.
