I don't think Boston Whaler fabricated their own through-hull fittings. They most likely used some commercial-off-the-shelf fittings. You can replace those fittings with any sort of similar fitting, as long as the diameter of the new fitting matches the existing hole in the hull. Check with any good ship chandlery for some choices. Call Boston Whaler customer service to find out what brand was used in c.1999.

Get ahold of Sue at Twin Cities Marine, she has a vast knowledge of Whaler parts and where to obtain vintage parts.

I replaced all my thru hull fittings in my 1999 17' Boston Outrage this summer. I purchased them through Sue at Twin Cities and she was awesome! If memory serves, the scuppers were about $50 a piece while the smaller, transom fittings were about $6 each.
The hardest part of the job was removing the old fittings. Installation was a snap!
Good luck!

Thanks. There is no way to get to the port side rear scupper nose so I am just going to re caulk the transom scupper
