The starboard side scupper on my 1996 Outrage 19 is loose. Is there a way to remove it, or tighten it? I think I need to remove it and check for water intrusion and then seal it properly. Thanks.

Scuppers are usually installed using screws from the exterior. Are you referring to a Thru-Hull fitting? One with an internal scupper flap?

Yes, I'm talking about the one on the side. The scupper in the rear is mounted with screws on the outside. The ones on the side are thru hull fittings with no screws. |

Oh, and yes, they have internal flaps. Thanks. |
