Any help is appreciated in finding a resonable source for a good quality cockpit cover.

Try Mills canvas. They are good.

mills is the "original" but therefore a little more expensive.
I bought and use for both storage and highway driving the 7year supreme aqua shield from http://boatcovers.iboats.com/Boston_Whaler/ 150_Montauk_(2008-2014)_ENDURACover-10371/893852/?cart_id=022314205
I couldn't convince the admiral to go with Sunbrella @ 55% more for the minor difference.
I'm in my 3rd year and it still look new and fits good, comes with all necessary straps to keep it on at 80mph and surely keeps the water out. Took about 2 weeks for a custom cover.
Make sure you specify your railing set-up (I have bow rail)

Actually Mill was the OEM on the Classic's and a few post classics. Great Lakes Tops has been the OEM on the most post classics.

Regardless, I am a huge proponent of finding a good local canvas maker and having one custom made. The cost is the same, or a little less actually and you have the ability to add custom details
