TahoeChris	posted 04-30-2001 08:56 PM ET (US)         Has anybody had any experience with 16/17 hulls and old Bearcat 55 outboards? Any info, opinions, performance matters greatly appreciated.
jimh	posted 05-01-2001 08:00 AM ET (US)             I would suspect they'd be a good match for each other. That might have been one of the reasons Dick Fisher bought Bearcat! The horsepower is about right and the weight is certainly low. Have you got a line on a good Bearcat? --jimh

He has a few in stock now. At around $2k per engine I would be able to finally get back out on Lake Tahoe. If any one has experiences with these engines I am really interested in talking to them.
