Dear "Whalerfreak"...The best prop for your situation is the prop with the highest pitch that allows you engine to develop maximum crankshaft speed at wide open throttle.
Do you have:
--a tachometer on your engine?
--a means of accurate speed measurement?
Do you know the current propellor pitch and diameter?
Do you know the current propellor blade shape?
Do you know the current gear reduction ratio of your engine's lower unit?
Can you provide any information about the current performance of your boat and motor?
Lacking some data from you it is a bit problematic to make recommendations. Please supply all the data mentioned above and I am sure there will be some advice available to you.
