I have understood that if high fives or Laser II props are installed the engines brachet(s) must be mounted 1,5 inch higher.
This measns that the cavitation plate is above water and without function. I do not understand why such is necessary?
Who can explain that to me?
What happens if you do not mount the engine 1,5 inch higher but leave it lik e with a normal prop.
