1981 18' Outrage, 1992 Yamaha 130.
Should I bolt it at the top hole or one hole down?

Whichever places the AV plate at, or only slightly above, the keel, GEP.

JB,
I almost have it put back together after my total restoration. Just waiting for my second set of pieces form the metal finishers.
The motor was on the top holes, but I saw markings on the second holes. I was wondering if you ever had it on the second holes?

BW recommends that the engine be lifted up 3/4" (2nd bolt hole) above the full down position. Boat should run about 42 mph with that engine.
