Here are pix posted by dealers who just attended the BRP dealer meeting in Nashville. Be sure to check out the E-TEC lemonade blender in the first link.

Excellent photographs on the Barnacle Bill's website.

I'll be stopping by my local Evinrude dealer next week to inquire about pricing and delivery information on these new models.

seahorse: Are you in any of those pictures?

Seahorse, thanks for posting these,....they are awsome.
That 25' C-hawk looks right for my part of the country.

Nope, you won't catch me in front of a camera!

I've known Seahorse for many years now & the rumor is he was so ugly when he was a kid his mother used to feed him with a sling shot.
Thats why he dosen't pose for cameras.
Even though he's old & ugly I still like him, plus he's a damn good wrench.

Especially those copycat Suzuki's. It really annoys me. I can't tell them from Mercs at a distance. Except their paint jobs don't seem to hold up very well in the tropical salt.

Larry--You know they say that Once you go that way you never come back. They saved the E-TEC Black paint for the military models. I noticed that the new 200hp pictured is not advertised as available on the web site. I wonder if it is just a prototype.

Is that a V4 200-HP motor or a V6 200-HP motor?

Jim,

Only the 115 and the 130 are V4 engines. 150 and up are all V6's.

Can anyone enlighten me as to whether the 60 degree V6 200hp E-TEC ihas the same bore and stroke (91mm x 66mm) 2.589-liter block as the 150hp and 175hp, or has it been bored or stroked or both?
Thanks in anticipation

I believe the 200 hp & up haven't changed from a 90 degree engine, just the 150s & 175s are 60 degree.

Sal -- for 2006 there will be two 200 E-TECs: (1) the 3.3L 90 degree V6; and (2) a new 2.6L 60 degree V6 with a variable exhaust port.

PJM -- The new E-TEC 200 should have the same bore and stroke dimensions as the 150 and 175.
