I am taking my 1987 revenge 20 to the mechanic tomorrow to have the engine put back on after transom work. I don't know where the placement was before it was removed. I keep reading about "one hole up"
Is that one hole up from the bottom setting? Or should I go one hole down from the top? Or should I ask to keep the AV plate level with the keel, no matter what the placement??

You can read the recommendation of the factory in the reproduction of your boat's Owner's Manual which is published here on the CONTINUOUSWAVE website in the WHALER section in the REFERENCE area. See:

Thanks! I didn't know we had that availability! I would really like to see what Whaler has to say then I will feel more comfortable.
