hasebr	posted 04-27-2006 12:34 PM ET (US)         I have a Ranger 1850 Reta with a 2006 175hp 4 Stroke Suzuki motor. When I got the boat it had a 21" 3 blade prop and the engine would overpower the prop I could only go 20mph at 6000 rpm. I now have a 25" 4 Blade prop and the overpowering is not a propblem but I think the prop is too big. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what prop I should put on. I was thinking five blade 23" Pitch. Let me know what you think.
