Wondering what the smallest Whaler (Sport 150,130,or Dauntless 13,14) that would work well for pulling a 200lb. waterskier or wakeboarder? Naturally I would choose the max.hp configuration, i.e. a 60hp bigfoot for the Sport 150 and so on. What boat/motor configuration would make for quickest acceleration and planing? Fastest top end? Recommended prop?

None of the above. A maxed out classic hull (15 Sport, 17 Montauk, 17 Sport, etc) will outperform the newer hulls every time in terms of acceleration and top end.

In regards to your choices listed above, I think a fully powered Dauntless would give the best performance, and have the ability to cruise a family comfortably also
