I recently purchased a PowerTech "M70ILCR13 3 blade ILC stainless steel 13 pitch propeller for Mercury 30 - 60 small foot" from propmd.com

My initial concern arises from the measurement from tip of blade to hub is 5.75" - resulting in a diameter of 11.25"?

Most props that I have seen recommended are in the range from 10 1/8 to 10 1/2"

Should I have cause for concern, and, what will the larger diameter result in?

Thanks!

I think it is even worse:

5.75 X 2 = 11.5-inch diameter
