Topic:   Faster Guardian - 22' or 19'?

posted 02-25-2008 01:34 AM ET (US)      I'm looking at two different commercial whalers for sale: a 22' Guardian, with twin 115 horsepower outboards, and a 19' Guardian with a single 200 horsepower yamaha. My gut tells me that with this set up, the 19-footer should be faster. However, the numbers given to me by the owners say differently. Granted, there are lots of variables to consider here, but I'm not trying to be especially scientific about this. So is my feeling off base here?
