Mainship Bill

posted 04-01-2008 01:34 PM ET (US)         I have a 30 ft Mainship Pilot equipped with Trim Master trim tabs. The tabs work okay, however I am frequently blowing a 15 Amp fuse which supplies power to the lever swithes. I am not the orginal owner of the boat and I don't have a manual for the trim tabs. Does anyone know from a wiring diagram what the fuse amperage should be?? Also, this is my first boat with trim tabs. Are there guidelines about when they should be dropped or raised. I have been dropping the tabs while cruising at 10-15 knots. Is that okay?
