I have a STRIPER 15 with a 2000 Mercury 50-HP four=stroke carburetor engine. I have heard there is a restrictor plate that can be removed to change it to a 60-HP. Is this true? How would I go about doing this?

Doesn't that sound great! I doubt very much if it's true.
