Peter	posted 09-12-2014 04:00 PM ET (US)             My 1987 15 SuperSport ran to a top speed of 36 MPH consistently with one person and one 6 gallon full gas tank with a 1988 Johnson 48 SPL mounted all the way down turning a 17 inch pitch aluminum OMC propeller. Same boat ran to a top speed of 42 MPH consistently under same setup with a 2003 Yamaha 70 turning 19 inch pitch aluminum Yamaha propeller.
