readyoarknot	posted 07-27-2015 08:30 AM ET (US)         I have twin Yamaha 250 HP Ox66 two-cycle engines on a 295 CONQUEST. Does anyone have experience with propellers that will allow the boat to plane at lower speeds and get the best fuel milage possible? Top speed is not my concern.--Ed

martyn1075	posted 08-25-2015 10:56 AM ET (US)             Tom, I have the 200hp of the same motor and was wondering would a 17p Mercury Enertia prop be a good choice? I have two in a box I was going to sell but maybe it would be a good choice for my current engine. I think it's a 17p however they might be 19p I would have to check again. My current propeller is a Balistic.
Peter	posted 08-25-2015 03:30 PM ET (US)             Between the MiragePlus and the Rev 4s on the 295 Conquest, I would go with the Rev 4s based on my experience with both of those propellers on a Whaler 27 WD. The grip of the Rev 4s is far superior while only giving up a little on fuel economy. The grip of the Rev 4s improved the ride of the Whaler 27 WD through chop so much so that my wife noticed the difference!
