Have a loud hum noise that is transmitted along with my voice when I transmit to other boats. This hum interference is only present when the 12 volt Norcold fridge is running. If the fridge is off, the hum disappears and the transmission signal is clean and perfect. Both radio and fridge are powered from the same 12 volt battery.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get rid of the hum when transmitting while the fridge is operating?
