First I lost my key. I took out my ignition [switch], and I took it in to get new key. I put it back in and warning horn will not stop. Help. I need my boat back.

Engine brand, model, and year would be helpful. Unfortunaely, the marine industry has not completely standardized the key switch, so the above information is very helpful in identifying what the source of your continuous alarm sound is.

Using the method of investigation based on post hoc ergo propter hoc guidelines, I believe that the apparent failure of the alarm sounder is related to the immediately prior removal and reinstallation of the ignition switch. The most likely cause of the malfunction of the alarm sounder switch after removal and re-installlation is an error in the wiring when the ignition switch was re-installed. Is that possible?
