the_FishMaster	posted 02-25-2009 09:36 PM ET (US)         What thoughts do owners of the BlueChart G2 Vision cards have about them? I'm mainly curious about the Underwater 3D feature. Is [the BlueChart G2 Vision card] worth the extra expense? I fish off the San Francisco coast, and I was curious as to whether [the BlueChart G2 Vision card] would provide a big help in locating reefs.

Your best bet would be to visit a local vender who carries Garmin products and ask hime to insert the G2 Vision product that covers your area. You can view all the details of the product by running the Garmin mfd in the Simulation mode. You'll see upfront if it will be of benefit to you. Mariner's & Fish Eye displays video.
