no spark all cylinders NEW cdi trigger pack
charge coil resistance 393 ohms
spec from service manual 480 +- 50 =430 min.
shorted charging coil ???
no voltage to any coil
trigger pack reads 45 ohms

Disconnect the black/yellow wire from the pack to bypass the ignition switch shut-off circuit. If still no spark, then you will need a peak-reading voltmeter or DVA adapter for a digital voltmeter and a service manual to perform additional tests. Otherwise enlist the services of a trained professional.
